  How do I create an account?

  EULAR uses a single sign on system. With one account, you can access all EULAR platforms.

  To create an account visit my.eular.org and then come back to the EULAR Education website and log in with the newly created account.

  
  

  Does EULAR offer discounts or subsidies?

  All EULAR eLearning Courses are already subsidised.

  Learners from LMI countries receive a 25 EUR discount for each eLearning Course.
  

  Learners with a Blue Membership get a 25 EUR discount for one eLearning Course per year. Blue Members with Gold benefits receive one eLearning Course per year for free.

  I have forgotten my password, what do I do now?

  If you have forgotten the password to your myEULAR account, follow these steps to reset it:

  1.     Visit my.eular.org

  2.     Enter your registered email address

  3.     Click on "Forgot your password"

  4.     Check your inbox for a code

  5.     Follow the prompts to create a new password

  Once completed, you can use your new password to log in to your account. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

  What are the available payment methods?

  The EULAR Education only accepts online credit card payments directly through the website. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer bank transfers for individual costumers. Sponsors or third parties may request an invoice. 

  
  

  How do I get an official EULAR receipt and/or registration confirmation letter?

  The above-mentioned official EULAR documents are issued only upon request. Please contact us at Helpdesk along with your details and the transaction number.

  How do I register for a course?

  1.     Create an account at my.eular.org

  
  2.     Visit the EULAR Education website and log in with the newly created account

  3.     Enter the course of your interest and click on "Enrol me"

  4.     Proceed at the check out

  
  

  I have enrolled in the wrong eLearning course. Can I change it?

  Course changes cannot be accommodated once the course has commenced. Please review the course details carefully before registering.

  
  

  I cannot attend the course anymore; how do I cancel my participation?

  You may cancel your registration, within 14 days of purchase date, via Helpdesk. Please consult the Terms and Conditions regarding our Cancellation Policy.

  
  

  I have paid for my course, how do I access it?

  Please log into the Education platform, and navigate to your dashboard, the course will appear under “My courses”. If you do not find it in your dashboard, please note that enrolment to the course may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

  
  

  My payment has gone through, but my course is not appearing. Where do I find it?

  If your course does not appear on your user dashboard after successful payment, please allow up to 24 hours before trying again. If, after then, the course is still not visible, please contact us at Helpdesk.

  How can I download the PDF version of the course material?

  Due to legal and technical restrictions, we cannot offer PDFs of course materials for our eLearning Courses. Course materials are copyrighted, and PDFs would make it difficult to protect this content. Additionally, our courses include interactive elements like videos, quizzes, and exercises that cannot be fully experienced in a static document. You can access all materials anytime through our online platform for the best learning experience.

  
  

  Is there an app I can use to access my courses?

  No. There is currently no app available to access the online courses. Nevertheless, you can access your courses using the browser on your computer, mobile phone, or tablet device.

• CME accreditation

  EULAR eLearning Courses and Webinars are not accredited.

  Every year we apply for CME credits for the EULAR Onsite Courses. Check out the course page to verify whether the course of your interest is accredited.
• Textbooks

  How long do textbook shipments take?

  All shipments are currently handled directly by EULAR. Please anticipate a delivery time frame of 4-6 weeks.

  Note: Please ensure that your valid mailing address and mobile phone number are current and saved in your user account. Neglecting to do so may prolong the processing time.

  
  

  I have not received the textbook. What should I do?

  Please first check the consignment number provided to you and your local post. If you are unable to locate the shipment or need further assistance, contact us at Helpdesk.

  I am interested in applying for a EULAR endorsed course, how can I proceed with the application?

  Please visit the page Endorsed Courses and submit the application. Guidelines can be found on the same page. Applications are accepted only via the official channel.

  Can I change my training period?

  Yes, you can. However, please inform EULAR Education at Helpdesk before your training begins and submit a revised official acceptance letter from your host institute.
